朱凤妹,女,1978年生,工学博士学位,教授。

主要学术身份:2014年被国际期刊《International Journal of Wine Research》聘为编委会委员和顾问编辑,目前担任《Journal of Consumer Protection and Food Safety》,《Fruits》和《食品安全质量检测学报》等学术期刊的审稿人,中国食品科学技术学会高级会员,河北省“三三三”人才工程第三层次人。
