葛超，女，1972年9月生，满族，籍贯黑龙江省依兰县，政治面貌群众，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。目前主要担任本科生生物化学课程教学，从事葡萄酒酿造微生物相关科研工作。

研究方向：葡萄酒酿造工艺与微生物；果蔬保鲜；
