邹静

邹静 副教授简介

邹静,女,1979年生,副教授,河北省(承德)板栗产业技术研究院院长。2013年毕业于天津科技大学发酵工程专业,获工学博士学位。获河北省“中小企业创新英才”,校级“教学骨干”等荣誉称号

多年以来,一直从事微生物发酵方面的教学与研究工作。先后参与国家自然基金3项,主持河北省科技厅课题2项,河北省教育厅项目1项,市级课题3,参与省级课题3项,担任市级工程技术中心主任在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文40余篇其中SCI索引11授权发明专利4项。

研究方向:

(1) 燕山特色农产品高值化加工;

(2) 益生微生物筛选、培养条件优化及功效评价;抑生微生物筛选、功效性评价及应用;

(3) 药食同源中药材深加工;
