丁豪讲师简介

丁豪，女，1993年生，博士，讲师，2023年获得西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业博士学位。多年以来，一直从事非热加工、果汁杀菌相关的教学与科研工作，先后参与农业部科技专项1项，港澳台合作项目1项（经费90万），国家自然科学基金项目1项（经费25万）、农业部基地建设项目1项（经费1417万）。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文3篇，其中中科院1区论文2篇，中科院2区论文1篇。

研究方向：

非热加工与果汁杀菌
